These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Prince Deuce LLC d/b/a Prince Deuce Accounting (“Prince Deuce Accounting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Acceptance of these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive SMS messages.
1. Services
Prince Deuce Accounting provides accounting, bookkeeping, financial administration, consulting, and related business services.
The scope, pricing, responsibilities, and deliverables for client services may be governed by a separate engagement agreement, proposal, or other written agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement, that agreement controls for the services it covers.
2. Professional Information and Results
We strive to provide accurate and professional services, but we do not guarantee a particular financial, tax, or business outcome unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
General information on our website does not constitute individualized legal, investment, or tax advice. Professional advice depends on the scope of your engagement and the information you provide.
3. SMS Messaging Program
Program name: Prince Deuce Accounting Customer Care.
Clients who expressly opt in may receive SMS messages concerning appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, appointment scheduling, requested service updates, and account notifications related to accounting and tax services.
This SMS program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Providing your telephone number, becoming a client, or accepting these Terms does not automatically enroll you in SMS messaging. We obtain your affirmative consent before enrolling you.
Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services.
Message frequency varies based on your appointments, service activity, and interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your messaging or data plan.
4. SMS Opt-Out
You may unsubscribe from the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to a message from us.
After you reply STOP, we may send one final message confirming your unsubscribe request. No further messages will be sent through that SMS program unless you opt in again.

Opting out of SMS messages does not cancel your appointments or services.

6. SMS Delivery
SMS delivery depends on your wireless carrier and other communications providers. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you change or relinquish your mobile number, please notify us so we can update your contact information and messaging preferences.
7. Privacy and SMS Consent
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from the general information-sharing categories described in our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.
Consent applies specifically to Prince Deuce Accounting. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your consent to authorize messages from another business.

Liability related to professional services may be addressed in your separate engagement agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, practices, or applicable requirements.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. We will provide additional notice or obtain new consent when required by applicable law.
13. Applicable Law
These Terms are subject to applicable federal and state law. Any governing-law provision in your signed engagement agreement applies to the services covered by that agreement.
